What is your printing process?

We use a Giclée Fine Art process for all of our prints, on high quality paper.

 

What materials are used in your frames?

All of our frames use a solid wood structure, with a smooth gallery-style exterior. We use finely processed, super-clear acrylic panes, which combined with our high quality Giclée printing process results in the most vivid imagery. Lifetime fade resistance guaranteed.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our printing and framing is done to order, in the UK.

Delivery

 

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Royal Mail, Hermes or the Amazon delivery network to send your order.

 

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you at the given email address when your order is dispatched. You can also track your order.

If you haven’t received anything within 48 hours (please check all folders including your junk), simply email us at contact@plumeprints.com with your order details, and we will be there to assist you in no time.

 

Can I collect from a local store?

We don’t offer a reserve and collect service currently. Our purchases are online only and delivered to your chosen address.

Returns

 

How do I return an order?

Our prints and frames are of the highest quality, but if you decide upon receipt that it’s just not what you were expecting – that’s fine too!

Contact us at contact@plumeprints.com, quoting your name, order number and address. We’ll be in touch to help out as soon as we can. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We will then arrange a full refund. Whilst we offer free outbound shipping, we do not cover the cost of returns postage.

 

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect the goods. Pending these checks, an automated refund is generated on our system and then processed back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days.
